Hi, my name is Gill & I’m a general counsellor. I specialise in grief & loss, depression, anxiety, low
self-esteem & loneliness/isolation.
Although I have access to office space, I prefer to meet you in the great outdoors. We can meet on the beach, go for a walk in the countryside, in a cafe and chat over a cuppa. Nature is an amazing space to help you feel grounded. I counsel with an open mind, without judgement and with plenty of compassion and understanding.
